Charming Provo Home close to BYU and Utah Lake

This was a great property for our good size family group. There was lots of room to spread out. We were grateful to have 3 bedrooms on the main floor so that the grandparents didn't need to use the stairs too much. There was lots of room for the teens and tweens to hang out in their own space when the grown ups were boring. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and baking pans. We had plenty of plates and cups and cutlery. One of the bonuses of staying in a house is that we don't have to eat out all the time. Plus, when we did go out and bring back leftovers, we had lots of room in the fridge to hold them until reheating. The double oven was great for cooking multiple pans. There were lots of towels available and we liked the options for doing laundry. The WiFi was consistently good for lots of devices, and my husband uses a lot of computing power for work. The location was great. We had easy access to a lot of things. We went to a movie, we could visit college campuses, we visited family in Springville. When we had a problem, the owner was very responsive. I feel like I have to give the reader reasonable expectations, though. There was some furniture and light fixtures that need repairs. I let the owner know. Hopefully he can hop right on that. So, maybe, 4.5 stars rounded up? Make sure you look at the pictures so that you know what you're getting. I knew to expect an older property with the level of wear and tear to go along with it.

This was a great place to have older and younger family members staying as there was plenty of room to spread out, cook meals, and relax.
