Lots of space for the price, good location plus crib, fold out queen mattress, kitchen, plenty of parking, and AC in all rooms makes this a great value especially for a family to visit Salt lake. Host is also very responsive if you ever need anything.

The noise from people in the basement level was very loud, annoying, and lasted well after 1-2 am most nights.

The overall experience at this location was excellent. Pulling in and out of the driveway was sometimes a challenge. But the amenities, comfort of the beds and layout of the main house was comfortable and inviting.

Very cute and clean home! The location was perfect for us. The 2 beds were extremely comfortable! I was hoping to have 3 places to sleep but the living room area had a couch with large cloth ottoman for the 3rd sleeping area. There were extra sheets for it, but my daughter and I decided to share a bed. Parking was tricky. It’s on a busy road with angled driveway parking for guests but getting out on the road ended up being easy. Very good price for a clean comfy bed!

Top things that are left out of the booking information. This house is located on a very busy street and it is very challenging to pull in and out off. The house also has a basement unit that you share parking with. We were in a truck and it was very difficult to park, a truck didn’t fit well with way they have parking set up. When we walked in we were met with a musty smell. It is an older home so we tried to ignore that. After being in the house for 20 minutes my husband started to have a reaction to something in the home. His nose was stuffing and he was sneezing. I contacted the host and asked about changing our reservation. We were told that our first night was non refundable but that we could change the reservation and be refunded for the second night. We tried to stay a little longer and over the next 20 minutes my husbands allergies continued to worsen. He was extremely stuffy, eyes puffy, itching and starting to swell. We decided it wasn’t safe to continue to stay. I contacted the host again letting them know we could not stay, and that we hadn’t used anything in the home except for sitting on the couch. He informed me he would send his cleaner over the next day to look at the property and verify we had left and then he would contact me. Over the next few days I continued to email the host with no response. I recieved generic check out emails but my responses were ignored. It has been a nightmare to say the least. We still have not received a refund.
