Nice basement property, plenty of space for two to three people. Beds were very comfortable.

Great clean comfortable place for the price. Positive: Place is very clean and cute. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Host responded to door lock issue in a timely manner. All in all great place to stay for a great price Negative: The only downfall, which I didn’t realize when booking is that it’s a basement of another airbnb. But the entrance is separate from the main house so still feels like its own place.

It’s a nice place lots of room comfy I was hesitant because of the location and getting in and out of the drive way with all the traffic but I was pleasantly surprised that the street it’s on is not a busy with traffic as i thought I would definitely rent again 10/10

Cute basement apartment for a great price. Positive: I loved the location. In the early evening there was a lighted deck we could sit at and enjoy the outside air. We took electric bikes there and there was plenty of room around the back of the house to park them so you couldn’t see them from the street. The place was immaculate. The beds were comfy . Negative: The stairs to get down to the basement apartment were very steep. My mother dropped me off there initially and she had a hard time getting down the stairs. I think they need to make that clear in the description.

This is a nice facility with a good layout. The kitchen appliances are all newer and everything in the place is in good working order. Plenty of the usual supplies. The television is extra large with good seating in front of it and lots of available channels. Do be aware that a number of the streaming channels expect you to sign in with your home user name/password. There is adequate parking though not covered. The space is clean and well kept. The host is very responsive to messages. It is a basement area so there is some potential for upstairs noise but was not really a problem. Also there is a nice patio area outside in the back.
